Carbon footprint

The carbon footprint is an indicator that measures the amount of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emitted by a product, that is, it represents the impact a development of an activity has on the environment. One of the advantages of preserved flowers compared to artificial flowers and freshly cut flowers is that the carbon footprint is much lower, which means they are more ecological. In addition, they are products grown through a 100% natural process. Preserved flowers are natural flowers that, after this conservation process, maintain the same appearance and beauty for a long period.

OUR FIELDS

Crops

Innovaflora has several farms with exclusive flower crops for preservation in Ecuador and Colombia totaling more than 20 hectares. All of the flower crops are in the Andean mountainous zone, which allows having several thermal floors, facilitating that in a single country you can have several ideal climates for different types of flowers. Also, in these mountains, we have specific crops for our greens and palm leaves, but, unlike flowers, these types of crops do not require greenhouses, since they are usually much more resistant to the weather and their beauty is not affected by it. We also obtain products harvested from crops in Europe, crops focused on endogenous species from the continent such as palm trees, mosses, and other greens.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

Distribution

Our products are of free circulation and, with the possible exception of Antarctica, they can reach anywhere in the world. It is important to highlight that depending on the region where they are requested and the type of product required, we can ship the product from any of our 4 warehouses and factories located in Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, and Japan. Now, although we can get anywhere directly, it is important to mention that depending on the country, the minimum purchase amounts may vary. Innovaflora has logistical advantages over other producers of preserved material since we have warehouses and production plants in different parts of the world, which allows us to generate savings in the supply chain.
